Why the Foundation Exists
After twelve years of purposeful growth, Vidiyal took its next natural step forward with the formation of the Vidiyal Foundation RCA. This Foundation, comprising Past Presidents, Past Event Chairpersons, Secretaries, and Co-Chairpersons, ensures that the spirit of Vidiyal does not remain limited to a single day or a single stage. Instead, it carries forward the mission throughout the year, transforming goodwill into sustained action.

What We Stand For
Our Mission
To ensure the spirit of Vidiyal — dignity, inclusion, and opportunity for children with special needs — continues throughout the year, not just on a single stage. We do this by sustaining education sponsorships, strengthening our partner schools, and organizing year-round support that goes beyond Vidiyal week.
Our Vision
A community where every child with special needs is seen, celebrated, and given the chance to thrive — supported by a sustained network of care, educators, and well-wishers that outlives any single event and grows stronger with every edition of Vidiyal.

Short-Term Goals
- Formalize the Trust's legal registration and governance structure
- Maintain a year-round sponsorship tracker for the 10–20 children currently supported annually
- Onboard 5 new partner schools beyond the current 24 institutions
- Publish an annual impact report for donors and partner schools
- Grow the Individual School Kit Initiative to reach every partner school
Long-Term Goals
- Build a dedicated resource center supporting special children beyond Vidiyal week
- Expand the Education Sponsorship Initiative to cover higher education and vocational training
- Create an endowment fund ensuring Vidiyal's continuity for the next generation
- Partner with government bodies and other NGOs to influence policy on inclusion
- Establish satellite Vidiyal editions in neighbouring districts
